I think these Avatar pics should be smaller, something like 36 X 36 pixels, like the windows Icons. They take up way to much space and time to load the pages
(But thats just my opinion,m I could be wrong)

I think Avatars should remain on ranks,and signitures show your OWN image.
I dont think they need to be smaller,as my sig makes the size equal ------------------
