Hi. Master Wu of the Bushi Dogo gave me the quest of killing Shrew Chishi but I was wandering for hours without finding him. Where is that guy? Thanks in advance

I think you need to go through the boogre caves and out the other end (from the one you came in). You find a good-sized area there which can't be reached any other way. Shrew Chisi is there (I think).
I could be wrong about this. I do know Shrew Chisi is in one of those meadow-like areas near the lake there, but to the North of it. |

That's not wher I found him. Look at your map. There is an island in the NW corer of the lake, and a clearing just East of that island. This lies between passages that take you to the Shire and the Boogre Caves. The Shrew was in that clearing.
