thief weapons?

I am planning to dual class my assasin to a fighter when he gets x5 backstab and iam just wondering what weapon would be best for him?
also other accessories?

thos are my solo assasin/fighter items

weapon:
flail of agies
short sword of ... (the one gives your mirror image)
daystar
dragonslayer (detection invsible, nice sword)
boomrang +2 (you can throw it as missle, and it gives you one more attack. yes it does)
belm +2
scimitar +3
long sword (the one casts silence)

armor:
red scale
black scale
drow full plate (i cheated, a little )
human flesh

rings:
ring of gaxx (you know...)
ring of air control (get 3 of them, very useful)
ring of earth control (+1 AC, and not magical)
ring of human influence (my personal favor, set chrisma to 18, charm once per day)
ring of protection +2 (very very basic)
ring of invisibility (just in case ring of air control is used up)
ring of free action (ok, if you miss this ring, you screwed)

amulet:
amulet of power (you obviously cannot wear it, I am telling you just to make you mad... lol)
amulet of magic resistence +10%
amulet of proof protection +1 (again, basic)

Cloack:
cloack of non-detection (what can I say?)
cloack of sewer (woo hoo! dont miss it, +1AC, non-magical, shapshifting into troll. troll regenerates, so save your healing potions, troll cannot be confused, charmed, stunned, held)
cloack of mirroring (dont use it when you get good enough, this is a crappy cheap item)

boots of speed

girdle of interno

girdle of strength (23)

last of all:
bag of holding
bag of gem (to store rings and amulets)

BTW, i keep all those. they are all useful from time to time

You do know you can keep all your items on the import character at the start of the game by hitting pause right after loading and when the screen is still pitch black. Just drop all inventory on the ground and then unpause, let Jon do his opening "ah the child of bhaal has awoken....." speech. That's one way to get many Ring of Kangaxx.....

but i think he doesnt want to do that, he seems to be playing real solo. (which does not load items)
