Well, after that sorcerer stats thread i did a lot of experimenting on the effects of statistics with regards to these classes.

Heres what i found:
Sorcerer: Charisma affects how often you can cast spells, the maximum level of spell you can cast, and the DC your spells have.

Wizard: intelect does everything that a sorcerers charisma does

A sorcerer with high charisma and intelect will still have the same DC/spells as one with low intelect.

A wizard with high charisma and intelect will still have the same DC/spells as one with low charisma.

Some other things to note: the DC of a spell seems to be determined by: feats, primary statistic as mentioned earlier, AND the spells level (so for instance finger of death(7) will be 3 points harder to resist than phantasmal killer(4)

So, to me, this means if i was going to play the gun-boat type of wizard or sorcerer i could handle having an average int or cha (19) but if i wanted to rely on spells that have a fortitude/reflex/will save i would want to raise my int or cha as high as possible.

Okay, here are the rules (for all spell casters) :
Cleric/Druid/Rangers/Paladin need wisdom for their
spell casting effectiveness.
Sorcerer/Bard need charisma.
Wizard (specialist or not) needs intelligence.

Your attribute (wis or cha or int) limits the level
of the spells you could prepare/learn. Your attribute
must equal (at least) 10+spell level.
Then DC for the saving agains yours spell is :
10 + spell level + your attribute bonus + feat
"spell focus [school of magic]" (grant a +2)

Your roll to bypass magic resistance is :
d20 + caster level + feat "spell penetration" (grant a +2)

Have fun.
