Yeah, it was a good series for its time. I can remember how shocked i was when one of the aliens took of his pseudo-skin. I saw it not that long ago and thought "oh well" [img]smile.gif[/img]

I like the mini-series better
always remember the gal unlocking her jaw and swallowing the hamster whole [img]graemlins/eating.gif[/img] or the idiot kid being taken away to be prepared as food

The mini-series was an event for my friends and I, circa 1982 ('83?). We all watched every minute. (I don't think any of us stayed with it as regular series, for some reason.)
I don't know if I could make it to the first commercial break now, though.

You can pick up the miniseries and most of the episodes on Amazon it has become quite the cult classic
