HoTU - Worth Getting?

I have SoU already and was wondering if it was worth getting HoTU. Just curious as to what it adds to the game.

Well, HotU adds:

• Epic levels-You can now level up to level 40.
• New Prestige Classes: Dwarven Defender, Champion of Torm, Red Dragon Disciple, Shifter, Weapon Master and Palemaster.
• Tons of new spells and feats.
• New enemies like Beholders and Mindflayers.
• New tilesets.
• A new Official Campaign, and the best yet by far.

Doesn't the CEP only work for those that have HotU? The CEP is the best thing to ever happen to NWN.

Someone stepping in

NWN - Neverwinter Nights, used for The Original Game as well as for The Game.
SoU - Shadows of Undrentide, the first expansion pack.
HotU - Hordes of the Underdark, the second expansion pack.
CEP - Community Expansion Pack, a compilation of a lot of custom content into a single hack pack.
EfU - Escape from Undermountain, Ziroc's module.


Incidentally, CEP works with all versions of NWN.

I think that HotU is the best game expansion that I have ever purchased. That includes ToB. Get it, by all means.

I'm not far into it, but I think it's much better than SOU or the OC.

Agree wholeheartedly. Much deeper storyline with well-thought out wequences. That adventure in the Library is one of the cleverest things I have ever played.
