Freedom scrolls can be bought by duerger at beginning of Underdark. Or from Ribald afterwards in ch.6

From what everyone says, and from what ive seen so far, hes some little kid who likes to get on the boards and insult everyone, and crys when he gets booted. Probably like 12 years old or something.
Just ignore him, will make your day go by alot easier. |
