Short of a character editor or the "reverse time" spell, nope. You can check in the Best Tips thread for hints on how to survive with a vampire character. I think either Loumistro or LiOnHe@rT put those out there...

Nope your in trouble now You can survive as a Vampire but its not too much fun as there is no known cure I would suggest playing as a vampire would be a good challenge after playing the entire game once or twice (therfore for experienced W&W players) Have we had anyone do this yet. Im sure I saw a post previously but it might be nice to link to here

being a vampire, as i haf said before, gifs u good stuffs n bad stuffs as well. the good stuffs are that u are given the vampire breath attack that comes under the "special ability" icoon that is on the right side of the screen (sorry, i forgot that icon's name, could anyone be so kind as to refresh my memory? ).
HOWEVER, the bad side is that u cant cure your character thorugh spells or potions, but by BITING the enemy... every successful bite cures your hp by how much i dont know, but this only applies for red-blooded monsters! hope this helps...... (for further details, refer to the best tips thread)
