Poison Weapon

Yes, I've decided to make another thread about this. I recently started up a solo Assassin; all fine and dandy. Just finished the Slavers, been getting myself out of a lot of tight spots, and didn't decide to use Chateau Irenicus this time around.

The problem is Poison Weapon: Various people have looked into the SPL file and experimented to find out the damage and such. However, in my experience, I haven't been able to match it with their observations in real life.

Can someone tell me what the jumble of letter and numbers in Inf Explorer mean? I mean, SPCL423 is the Poison Weapon file. However, SPCL422 is what people have been matching up with their game. I'm currently at level 12: According to the file, I should be doing about 2 damage per second, if what I'm reading is right. I'm only doing 1 damage per second, even against Slavers (who shouldn't have any Poison Resistance), and when they don't make their save. Anyone know why it doesn't match up?

Ah yes, and I also have a True Neutral Assassin. This can't be right, according to the description. Is this a common bug, or just with my computer?

I'm a Neutral Good assassin...what's the problem? I expected them to always be evil, but I guess not

I thought you're supposed to do 1 damage per second, up to 24 total damage. If a saving throw is made, then only 1 damage per minute with a total of 12 damage.

Look at the description of an Assassin...

"May only be of evil or chaotic neutral alignment", or something to that effect.

I was able to chose any alignment except for Lawful Good, which is standard for thieves. I suppose that they forgot to dim out the choice for Assassin if you chose some Good.
