i forgot to get the umar hills quest until chapter 5. delon is not by the gates anymore to get the quest from. is it still possible to get?

it should be bcos during the game sometime a child walks up to u and asks for ur help with the umar hills problem. Isnt the gate guy tell u about the trademeet quest instead not the umar hills one

yeah there is a note upstairs at his city home showing taxes for the home in umar hills so u should get that then talk to butler
