Packrat is right is right. you aquire a ranger by getting a raptor egg
which is by the river near lake nymph and over by the port of brimloch Just in case you don't have ranger. The Fletury trait is good for making more dragon arrows

I go for the Tek... however it is spelled and bless them a couple of times and stuff like that very expensive but the price you get oh my god it is high. I use that to get all my money totally worth it
