Just signed up...anyone know how I can find the demon's heart so I can leave the planer sphere?

Just go outside the sphere (after you have initiated it to "travel"), kill a demon and get his heart. The demon(s) should not be difficult to find since the sphere is located in the realm of demon outerworld.
