I've justed installed the full version on IW2 and I would like to import my own character portraits. The readme file tells me to import my portraits into the install directory...but I can't find IT.. Can anyone Help!!

By default it installs into C:\Program Files\Black Isle\Icewind Dale II, unless when you installed it you told it to do something else.

Welcome to the board.
I had the same problem. It tells you to put it in the portraits directory but there is not portraits directory. Solution - Create a portrait directory and move your portraits in. |

They must be bmp.
At first I downloaded about 20 of them, but they where jpg, when I went in the custom portraits selection screen there where no portraits. I looked in my bg 2 folder, and those where bmp, so I converted the icewind dale 2 one to bmp and it work.
