ok cloudy! enough with the humorous weather...we are now going to get hit 3 times by the same storm system, yes it is that huge, and it starts today and ends tomorrow night

I'm so glad it's Friday! Can't wait to finally get home...and clean and plan food for company this weekend...and clean some more.. well, ok, I'm not looking forward to the cleaning part!

Oh, before I forget, any of you docs want tell me what you think of glucosamine and condroitin?

I am also interested in the Docs opinions of Glucosamine and Chondroiton...Im currently possibly suffering from a degenerative tissue problem in my left ankle....

Hm, it (the combo - hardly ever see them sold seperately) seems to have a mild antiarthritic effect in mild osteoarthritis, but not as much as Ibuprofen. That's all I've read. Galadria used it for a while when she was having trouble with her knee, training for her last marathon, and it seemed to help, but not as much as the Cos-Con Brace. Grrrrr, How is everyone doing today?...I think my kids are going to drive me sane,lol they are behaving like monkeys, screeching and climbing on everything If i am not here today just blame cloudy for the storms again, might lose power here [img]graemlins/whackya.gif[/img]
