Do you think it would be possible for me to solo the game with a druid? I have EoU mod.
Any tips? (This is the first time soloing).
Cheers
DS

Yes, it shouldn't be any harder than with any other character. Summons + bomber spells + vastly improved (unbalanced?) shapeshifting are your keys.

hmmm... I highly suggest 4 levels (or at least one!) of fighters for the free armor feats and (less important than armor) weapons prof. Also better BAB and hp.

Double post, ZFR.

I've been experimenting with solo characters recently. They don't seem to hold my interest, but they are highly possible, whether they are a caster or tank (my solo rogue didn't quite work, however). BAB isn't much of a factor, since you level so fast that you get a much higher BAB. My solo sorcerer effectively tanked against all of the goblinoid creatures in the early game, and was decent throughout, stalling only at dragon's eye.

A druid should have a great time soloing, since you have a nice balance of fighting power, offensive spells, and defensive spells. I'd prefer a cleric, but a druid would work well.

Good luck!

The 4 levels of fighter isn't a bad idea, if only for the extra feats - they can be spent on spellcasting feats like SF: Evocation or Transmutation. I wouldn't take them all at the beginning, because that would delay access to higher spells and shapeshifts.
