Your CON can be lower - and your DEX should be maxed; it will help his AC and chance to hit with the X-bow.

There are a couple of pieces of Drow chainmail floating around that are great for wizard classes.
The drow chain behaves more like a robe,
+8 or +9 to AC, -0 to dex bonus and a very nice 0% arcane failure.

Hmmmm. The only drow chain I can recall seeing was in Ribald's store. Do you remember where you found some? Maybe you took out Malavon & Co.? I know I did the assassin group a couple of times and they didn't have any.

Also, I have a cleric that is going to be using maces, what is a good melee weapon for my Sorceror?

Usually, one tries to keep wizards and sorcs OUT of melee

Mine typically have staff and longsword, because my sorcs are always Elves (I take them because they do get sword and bow). Never tried anything else with them.

Well, yeah, I wasn't planning on charging him in, but practically all party members at some time or another have to fight hand-to-hand. I think I will go w/ staff. I do prefer 2 handed weapons for my magic users and staff just seems more like a RP way to go.
