This one grows out on my front lawn. I'd assumed it was an ordinary cactus plant which grew a cotton-like substance until one morning when, out of the blue, it grew this large, rount, bulb-like object. Click here to see it.
Does anybody have any clue as to what the heck this thing is?

Hmm...
I see, it appears to be a single scoop of strawberry icecream, sprinkled with seseame seeds placed in a hollowed out cactus. [img]tongue.gif[/img] On a serious note I have no idea what that could be. I see cactus' in my garden produce flower buds but nothing THAT big. |
