Sorry Ertai, I haven't read any of his books. Which one in particular were you interested in? Maybe I can check something out for you. Try www.amazon.com and see if they have reviews of any of his material.

Guys, can anyone help out Ertai here? I caught this one on page 2 - not a single bump in sight.

Well... heres a little biography taken from one of his books (uf im gonna translate it, so prepare yourself for something really hard !!!

Raymond Carver (1939-1988) died in the summit of his fame and admiration of his writer career, either in the USA and internationally. Apart from various poetry books, he wrote 4 tales books, a genre where he has been devoted as one of the big writers of the last decades, with "Would you shut up please ?", "What we talk about when we talk about love", "Cathedral" and "Three Yellow Roses"

Well, i dont think ive translated it ok but anyway. And the books titles SURE are completely wrong , they are translated from spanish as well.

HEHE i just noticed that the original titles came in the spanish books as well

What we talk about when we talk about love (i translated this ok )
Cathedral (that wasnt so hard)
Will you please be quiet, please ? (hm...)
and the last one isnt a book in english, the spanish one came from different tales published originally in "Where im calling from ?", the anthology from Raymond Carver and later they were published in england as "Elephant and Other Stories"

I think the name rings a bell, but i couldn't tell you what he wrote (without looking t your posts)

I'll go against the trend, defy convention by bumping for you too!
