Ilander, will do. I hope Sarah's grief passes soon.
Variol... LOL, no, Mephistopholes is not a 'happy camper' avatar, is he? LOL! We've still go snow on the ground today, about 2 inches, so I guess winter is officially here!

Yeah, right, Lady Sedai.... my experience is that it's nowhere that polite. It's more along the lines of "YOU did this to me! YOU don't have to carry this thing for another three months! Now go get me Cheetos before I have you beheaded!"
I love the physics that go along with pregnancy, too... initially, the baby is up high and kicks against your stomach. That leads to morning sickness. Then the baby grows larger and drops, so he or she now kicks against your bladder. That leads to knowing the location of every bathroom within three miles. Then the baby grows larger, and now kicks against both ends. This leads to confusion, as you have to decide which end of you goes on the pot first But it's great and worth it at the end...

Oh, I'm *sure* you wouldn't. It's everyone else that does things like that...
*makes note to move to Phillie, since Lady Sedai won't be near there * As long as everyone can take the experience with a grain of salt and a dose of humor, life will be okay. Reminds me... time to see how far I've gotten on the 101 Tips for the Expectant Dad. I think I got up to 45 or so... simple yet supportive lifesaving tips for the new dad or dad-to-be. Number 13 (Bra extenders) is a brownie point winner...

Thanks everyone for your thoughts...She seems to be doing a little better today, though I think that the shock is fading, leaving little besides grief and finals next week. I'm keeping an eye on her, as best I can...thanks again!

Half Life 2...incredible.
Been playing for 5 hours, it's all a blur of magical goodness. Adrenaline pumping, greatest thing I've ever played. Ever. Took nearly 3 hours to install, but my God it was worth it. I'd die a happy man now after playing that game, except I'd like to finish it first. Oh my God, it's better than I expected. So...goood... |

Hello, all. I'm just now getting into the Christmas mood. I think it's because I'm listening to Metallica and the Transiberian orchestra "Carol of the Bells." Very pretty. Anyways, I'll take a hot coacoa before bed, Cloudy. Or should I be asking LB? I forgot. Anyways, how is everyone?
