I ask because my Sorceress has a lot of Fire Beetle Belly and a Gargoyle Skull that are weighing her down that I would like to get rid of. I am currently in Chapter 1 if that makes a difference.

Since a sorcerer is limited to Simple Weapons, this narrows the range down quite a bit. These are the special weapons that you can construct in Chapter One (simple weapons only). I honestly don't know all of their stats; you could always get the components and save before you construct the item, to see if it is worth it.

Special Holy Water + Magic mace = Mace of Disruption
Special Holy Water + Magic sickle = Golden Sickle
Ironwood + Magic club = Gladiator Club
Fairy Dust + Magic morning star = Drone Morning Star
Fairy Dust + Magic spear = Fey Spear

The Magic weapon must be at least +1 bonus (the only thing you find in Chapter 1, as far as I know), and it costs 500 gold to construct the weapon.

Oh, by the way, get extra bags and hold on to a few of those fire beetle bellys (hint, hint).
