I started the game one year ago this month. I took a break for a while but decided to finish what I had started. I'm nearing the end but I need help with something. Anyone.
I have several empty flasks that I need to fill with water from the blessed pool. How do I do this? I've tried USE/GIVE and that didn't work. I've tried dropping flasks into the water and then picking them up and that didn't work either. |

Well hmmmm, Big Dave
As I recall this wasn't that complicated so I'll try to go through all the possible variables that might be causing problems. 1) pick a character with an empty flask 2) move close (very close) to the water 3) click the USE/GIVE icon and scroll through your character's inventory until the flask shows up in the window 4) click on the water 5) examine the flask - it should now be Holy Water That's probably just what you have been doing, isn't it? hmmmmm I don't know. Could be some strange bug but I have never hear any previous reports of anyone having difficulty collecting holy water before. Try switching characters and see if that makes a difference. Exit the pyramid and re-enter and see if that makes a difference. If none of those are helping out, email me. We'll get this problem solved one way or another! Wyv |

Wyvern, I tried your ideas and they didn't work...at least not at first. When they didn't work I began to question whether or not I was at the right location and as it turns out, I wasn't. I was at a pool, a cave-like pool that revitalizes. The pool of blessing is much much much smaller and the empty flasks DID WORK there.
That other pool does more than revitalize, it drains hit points. I was wondering why my entire party would get wiped out by falling through a trap. Then I realized that they all had two hit points. Fortunately they all got most of the hit points back at the next level up. My dwarf when up more than 200 hit points at his next level up. Thanks for your help. |

Hi Big Dave!
Well, that certainly does explain it! I didn't think of the possibility that you were at the wrong source of water. Glad you finally got your Holy Water, Kerah will need that! Keep us posted on how you are doing and don't miss the Black Fire! Wyv |
