Too easy. OK I kow the answer though perhaps not the exact year... 1980? Or ´81 perhaps?

Anyway, 25 pickup lines and none of them work. Well at least they wouldn´t work on me. Perhaps some of you guys could try them and let us know the result.

A Google search returned that "If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?" was a hit for the Bellamy Brothers in 1979. Link to details here, if it matters.

Interestingly, Arvon, your list contains a version of the only "patented" pickup line I have ever liked:
"So, when I wake you in the morning should it be with a phone call or a gentle nudge?"

Oh I see you got inspired to use the willowstick by using that line Timber. I always wondered why you suddenly started to use it. Now I understand. Yepp, all those slaps really can unhinge mens minds. LLAO!! Ooops I´ve gone and done it again.

I've always wanted to break my leg, then go out, approach some random girl, and say 'hey, I know it looks like it, but that's not my leg in there' (in the cast). I have a feeling I'd get the real-life equivalent of the Timber-thwacking smiley, but it'd be worth it for the laugh.
