Power Fist (somehow that name sounds wrong... I keep thinking it's supposed to be Iron Fist) was the partner of Luke Cage. They were Heroes for Hire. He was basically a martial artist. He wore a green outfir with yellow highlights and had a (dragon?) tattoo on his chest.
(Unless I'm thinking of the wrong character...)

He also has Limited Invulnerabilty. When he is at "peak strength", bullets will bounce off of him. However, the longer he is away from saltwater, the weaker he gets. So his powers work kinda of like a "supercharged battery" that runs down fairly quickly. Then he has to submerge in saltwater to "re-charge".

Don't worry, Lifetime, you haven't missed any super-heroes. Arnabis is correct - Power Fist is really Iron Fist. They just got his name wrong.
