Is there one on the disks? If there is, I can't seem to find it. I have the print manual, but it is horrendously unhelpful as a reference on certain aspects of the game.

Anybody? I heard rumours that there was a manual or tables or something in .pdf on the disks, but I can't find it. I really, really, really hope there is one, because the print manual is hopeless in terms of helping with the subtleties of the game.
Whoever came up with the brilliant idea of having the spells organized alphabetically needs to have some game mechanics "explained" to them.

I don't know where the manual is on the disks, but I do know that there is a nice spell list BY LEVEL on gamefaqs.com. Try there.
