Tul's quest ,help needed.

Hi,

On the road near Suran I met this escaped slave Tul who
is looking for a abolistionist wayhouse.
Anybody any idea where to find this wayhouse?
He told me to go North and then West but I can't find
anything. Is it a house in Suran?

it's not in suran but it's in the west of where you found him.

Hi Kakero

Still can't find it. Can you please be a bit more precise.
Should I look for a building or is it someone in the fields.
I travelled all over the peninsula where the Dren plantation
is located but no abolitionist.....
Tul or one of the other slaves mentioned a friendly readguard.
What excactly is a readguard ?
Just a guard with red hair I suppose....

Look at the lake North of the Dren plantation. On your paper map, it's called Lake Amaya.
In the upper-right corner (Northeast) of the lake, you'll see Sterdecan's farm.
Go talk to Sterdecan; once you find him, you'll be all set.
(be prepared to do some decision-making).

I have a question. I found Tul and while trying to to find the Redguard's house, I left Tul outside a Dwarven Ruin. I asked him to wait so I could go explore the ruin without him tagging along. So, when I go back to get him, he won't join me. My conversation options are Kindly Redguard, Twin Lamps, and Solstheim. However, none of them give me the option to have him join me again. Why won't he join me again? I really want to finish his quest.

Please reply if you know what the problem is,
