Sometimes when i was working on my computer,a message pops up saying that there is a problem with navshell.dll and prompts the user to close it (i don't know what i did wrong).I clicked on the close button, and just before i know it, the screen refreshed and all the items in my startup tray disappeared. Is this a virus or some files that i deleted causing the computer to malfunction?
Please me...

Need details on your system.
what OS are you running, what are the specs on your system, and what are you doing when it happens. Are you able to recreate it regularly?

nvclock.dll is a Nvidia driver.
If you still are using that video card, download the driver Here the size is 3.62 Mb, and it is the v27.20, the newest one...
