My game seemed to skip over chapter 2 completely. The chapter 2 narrative came when i was in that guys house who you pay 20,000 to for help. Then it just cut to the chapter 3 narrative..am i missing something, or is chapter 2 nothing but a narrative?

Accord, I'm thinking that maybe he did....it's the only thing -short of a bug- that could have happened (although I *do* wonder where he got that sh*tload of money

You have to cheat to get that amount of money at the begnning of the game.
Cheating is bad. So does stealing. You'll go strait to hell Chemx. |

Why would you have to cheat. The game was created so you can beat everyone progressively. If the programmers would 've wanted you to cheat, they would've made the game a lot harder.
