Help, Dracolich kicking my butt!

Been awhile since I've posted, love the changes. Anyway, I'm a 21 level monk{seemed like a good idea at the time} and I've made it to the point in the Vampire Cult were I have to face to dracolich, my companions get feared away then pounced on pretty quick but I defeated him once just to have the bloody thing reappear in some more bones. I guess I need some tactics to defeat all of them. AC is around 38 but that doesn't hold me for long and he hit bloody hard! Thanks.

Monks are good at running

The first step is to have a look around the cave, you can always worry about the lich after that.
