Security can be breached. They have already shown this. Sleeper agents are very good Double agents. When you have 20 years to accomplish a mission, you tend to learn many safeguards that are built. With that knowledge, you learn how to manipulate the system, or join it so you can control the security. Yes, we have stepped up security at the airports. But that is only ONE way we can be attacked. Trust me, there are several ways we are weak.

The only way I can think of to defeat the hydra is to find global peace. If there were a way that we could be 1 united nation, I believe that would stop the meaning for a terrorist. I don't believe this is something that can be achieved in our lifetimes. I do believe that what is occuring today could either HELP the situation to become reality, or to irrevocably DESTROY it's possibility. What is decided within the next few weeks will determine our future. Let us hope that we can combine together and learn how to truly talk and compromise together to become one nation. Most people (Saddam excluded), would not war on their own house. That was what I had meant by a Tower of Babel statement before. We need to find a common ground that we can get beyond it. ONLY in this fashion can we truly grow.

The way to remove the roots of the tree that creates terrorism is to look at why they do it, in this case the USA has done something to upset people, so the logical way is to change the way USA is acting towards these people (within reason)

Prevention is the only way to end this. They are ALWAYS going to be terrorists, no matter who you kill. You can get rid of Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Yassar Arafat - anyone you want, they will always be replaced by someone who shares the same views. You can always improve security - be much stricter with who you let on planes, have everyone searched properly, heck, even have armed police on board - at least then you *know* you're safe.
