More hot air from NATO while US tax money continues to go up in smoke. One would think that the POTUS would have taken a lesson in history from the former!

TRIPOLI, Libya — NATO failed again on Wednesday to agree on taking over military operations against Moammar Gadhafi's forces in Libya from the United States, chiefly because of Turkey's objections, diplomats said.
