Ahem.......this one's for Ziroc, or indeed Memnoch - regarding the pictures and signatures. What is a reasonable image size for a picture/GIF?

And similiarly - what is the maximum size limit for a picture/GIF?
This will solve a lot of problems later with newbies (cheers!)

make sure it fits in a 640x480 screen
