Sewers(SPOILERS)

I am in the sewers in the slums and I dont understand how to solve the riddle that I am given. Something about four keys and its not as easy to open the lock. HINTS would be greatly appreciated

you should find some strange items. also, in one of the rooms you will see 4 sewer tubes, click on them to see the riddled item descriptions. The man will explain th eorder in which to use them. It's probably not as complicated as you think. there are some traps along the way, so tred litely.

Are they all located in the slums area?

All of the items located in the sewers. Just search carefully - most of them you'll find easily enough

And do not forget about the hints that are written on the pipes as little poems - these puzzle-poems are useful hints.

Ok The lovers ring is on thes 2 corpses hanging on the wall.

The hand is in a sewer grating near some jellies.

Blood of a friend is when you kill the old guys carrion crawler you pick up the item.

The staff is on a Kobold shaman at the end of the long room with a door and some planks as a bridge.

Each of the pipes has a different rhyme, once you know which of the items goes in what pipe place them in the following order.

Hand (from the grill, first left after entering from Copper Coronet)

Ring (2 skeletons on the wall near the entrance)

Blood (Carrion crawler, the worm next to the weird old man. Watch out for traps.)

Staff (A small group of Kolbolds will have them, they are at the far right side of the stream in the middle sewer which has the door/bridge.)

You will get a nice +3 sword and some exp, though I will warn you now that your reward is a mixed blessing (technically known as the Anomen affect).

All details given seem correct - you can speak to the old man after you get the sword and if you answer correctly he leaves after realising that he was charmed (sp). I didn't remember getting any exp points for this but it seems to round off that 'questet'
