Look out,People Mind blank and imperveouse sanctity Does not protect you.Thanks for the suggestion though.spell resistence and being EVIL are the only defence.

That sucks. Perhaps a Drow Monk/Paladin weilding the Holy Avenger? That should be like 110 spell resistance if the game didnt cut it off at 50!

I was going to suggest the Anti-Magic field, but then I remembered my sorc with that up being killed by the lich with wail of the banshee. So I figure Blasphemy would get through that spell, too. I guess MR and/or evil is all there is for defense.

I have a rather simple solution to this Blasphemy problem. Just as the battle starts move all of your characters to the right side of the room. Most, if not all, of them will avoid the spell. Also they will not be in the effected area for the duration of the spell.
