Actually, now that they have introduced prestige classes in the new campaign, it won't take long for the others that show up in the various 3rd edition books to make an appearance (either in mods or in other peoples' campaigns). Some personal favorites:

Drunken Master- watch the Jackie Chan movie "Legend of Drunken Master"; a monk who gets better the more he drinks. (source: Sword and Fist)

Duelist- warrior who fights with finesse rather than brawn; gets great defensive bonuses when fighting unarmored and with a one-handed piercing weapon (i.e. The Three Musketeers). (source: Sword and Fist)

Weapon Master- warrior who trains in one weapon type (battleaxe, longsword, etc.) so that he has greatly enhanced ability with that one type of weapon. VERY nasty. (source: Sword and Fist)

Contemplative- a priest or paladin that seeks to become closer to their god. Gain the abilities of a monk (damage reduction, spell resistance), but do so through spellcasting a meditation. (source: Defenders of the Faith)

Holy Liberator- a Chaotic Good paladin; concerned more with fighting tyranny and freeing the innocent than all that order nonsense (source: Defenders of the Faith)

Warpriest- a priest that gains combat abilities similar to a fighter; loses some spellcasting but gains some nice special abilities to compensate (source: Defenders of the Faith)

Alienist- can anyone say "Call of Cthulu"?; a spellcaster who traffics with the creatures in the Far Realm (source: Tome and Blood)

Arcane Trickster- a mage/thief combo class! (source: Tome and Blood)

Dragon Disciple- a sorcerer who explores the whole "blood of the dragons" theory about sorcery; gains dragon-like powers. (source: Tome and Blood)

Elemental Savant- a spellcaster who specializes in one element; eventually becomes an elemental creature of the appropriate type (source: Tome and Blood)

True Necromancer- a cleric/wizard who combines both to be really good at creating undead (source: Tome and Blood)

Fang of Lolth- a thief or bard who is affected by a cursed drow amulet; starts to gain spider powers. (source: Song and Silence)

Thief-Acrobat- an old favorite from the 1st edition days (source: Song and Silence)

Virtuoso- a bard who abandons the lore abilities to gain much stronger song abilities (source: Song and Silence)

Blighter- a druid who turns from the faith, and now drains land to power their evil spells. (source: Masters of the Wild)

Exotic Weapon Master- a barbarian who gains expertise in ALL exotic weapons (eventually gains the specialization levels of fighters). (source: Masters of the Wild)

Foe Hunter- a ranger who gains very strong abilities against one of their favored enemies (source: Masters of the Wild)

Forsaker- hates ALL magic; gains very strong self healing and attack abilities, but must destroy magic items to power them (source: Masters of the Wild)

Geomancer- a spellcaster combining divine and arcane spellcasting along with study of nature to blur the lines of magic (eventually mixing stuff together, like casting arcane spells in armor with no penalty, etc.), but "regress" in form, gaining animal/plant abilities (source: Masters of the Wild)

Shifter- a druid who abandons spellcasting to get MUCH stronger shapeshifting abilities (source: Masters of the Wild)

Tempest- a ranger who specializes in fighting with two weapons; eventually gets 8 attacks a round! (source: Masters of the Wild)

Warrior of Darkness- an evil warrior who uses black magic to permanently enhance their abilities (source: Book of Vile Darkness)

Archmage- arcane spellcaster who gives up spell slots for greater spell powers (change elemental type at will on casting, enhances spell power, cast touch spells at range, etc.). (source: Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting)

Red Wizard- the Red Wizards of Thay are very powerful evil spellcasters; they get enhanced spell power, too, so very nasty if combined with the Archmage above. (source: Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting)

Incantatrix- wizard specializing both in getting rid of extradimensional creatures and in metamagic feats (reducing the amount of level increase for using metamagic, and even being able to do it on the fly without increasing the level). (source: Magic of Faerun)

Mage-Killer- a wizard that specializes in taking out other wizards! (source: Magic of Faerun)

Spellfire Channeler- a rare individual who has the ability to use raw magic; can really unleash some devastating abilities, but needs to drain magic to power them. (source: Magic of Faerun)

War Wizard of Cormyr- combat-oriented mage that specializes in large scale destruction/army clearing. (source: Magic of Faerun)

Loremaster- spellcaster with sage abilities; gains bard lore and extra abilities from study. (source: DM Guide)

Starting to get ancy for this expansion myself.

Impressive descriptions and I am hoping for some good action from the new characters. Although the rocks from the sky(new Druid spell) sounds alot like meteor storm??
