She is quoting a rather stupid model-type woman who was on a UK quiz programme. I forget her name. She was trying to insult one of the other team members and probably meant to call him 'spawn of the devil' - but she got it hilariously wrong. One of the funniest things I've seen/heard on tv in recent years.... mainly because she didn't know she'd got it wrong! It is likely to go down in UK history of language.
