server went offline just when I wanted to see Robert the bards Weapon master at work. Sorry to Jarvis for my blunder with opening two doors by mistake in proving grounds. For some reason those ladies wanted him more than me. Ah well. next time!
I noticed lots of new mobs/portraits and other small stuff. Good Job Z!

Davis was ready, but I knew we were toast, when I couldn't get through the area trans to lvl 12. He has the dubious distinction of being undefeated in the last PVP tourney, but not winning...

Yes, the ladies(?) could not keep their hands (or more accurately their swords) off of me. (ouch!) Although Harkoliar and I were both using Dwarven Defenders, the priestess and battlemage were doing enough damage to overcome our resistances. Sooner or later they would wear us down; sooner if they both concentrated on one guy . Their AC was so high we could not hit them on a consistant basis and they were resistant to most of my scroll spells... We were hoping that we could distract the ladies long enough until Robert the Bard's Weapon Master could do some direct damage. Perhaps next time I will take Meliferous the Bard. He worked well with Roddybug's Weapon Master last time. Although Meliferous can barely hit a Protector in the Proving Grounds, with his Bard song/Curse song/Taunt he can drop an enemy's effective AC by 15 points. Roddy had very little difficulty clearing the Proving Grounds while the bard was singing. Meliferous does not do well solo but he makes a great party animal . Ah, well. Until next time...
