How about a nice lemon-pepper broiled haddock or some nicely seasoned cajun scrod?

Actually, have you ever had duck al'orange? or a nice rack of lamb with a creamy tarragon sauce, or prime rib with honey dijonnaise glazing?

They'll be here just as soon as I can find the book with the measurements in it. I usually do everything to taste so I don't really measre out... By the way, did people want just baked and broiled or will pan fried and grilled and other recipes work as well? Anyways, I'm going to start that cooking thread and see if people respond.

This thread was for oven made recipes specifically but I would imagine that in a recipe thread, anything goes!
Did you get the chicken & shrimp recipe I sent you? I do hope that you try it sometime! I have made something a little popular out of it, having requests for copies that my friends could send all over the world to relatives and I have sent it to all my family members as well. The only person I ever encountered who really didn't care for it was a half-Japenese American friend of mine whose normal diet was much more bland. Moni ------------------ |
