extra spells for paladins, rangers? and deaf with wail of banashee?

do rangers and paladins also get the extra spells for wisdom, or is it only for clerics druids?

does being deaf proterct you from wail of banshee?

I think that a good wisdom gives you more spells. But who uses them.

Paladins wont get the extra spell bonusses from wisdom IIRC.
And i dont think deaf protects you from Wail of the banshee ....
1.) because the makers prob. didnt think of that
2.) There's a good argument that the wail would go through your bones
(I have no idea if that's an english expression)

neither paladins nor rangers get any bonus spells for high wisdom scores (AFAIK it is said in the game manual, too).
