Shadowkeeper does allow you to add innate abilities -- ie shapeshift. You would have to choose the forms and they would be permanant abilitis, not gained with experience the way the Druid class gains new forms each level.

You could approximate this by setting yourself some arbitrary level and progression of shapeshift forms.

Now that I think of it, you can also add the breserking ability with Shadowkeeper also. It too is listed in the innate abilities section.

Spellcasting is much more involved. If you add spells, you may not be able to cast them. What I mean is that you will have spells in your spellbook, but the spellcasting icon (the little star and moon thing at the bottom of the BG2 main screen) might not appear. Or you might end up not being able to recover spells when you rest. There may be a way around this, but I haven't found it yet.
