What spellcasters will be a better choise ? I planing 2 of them in the flank. First may be mage, second Bishop - but in what 2 schools should I develop last one ? Or may be there will be better combination ?
The second question is - can Lord replace Priest and act like good front fighter ? Or better leave 2 fighters and develop priest spells book in that bishop ?
Thanks.

Unless you're willing to play as a munchkin (like me) you have to concentrate on certain arcane areas. This especially counts for bishops.

This is also the reason why Lords normally can't replace a priest as you won't spend enough skill points for his magical development. Well, if you do, he would be a whimpy fighter.

Hi... I have 3: a Priest, Bishop and Mage. Remember that characters also learn by doing. For example, my mage started without any Throwing and sling/Ranged combat abilities. I gave her a sling and stones when she ran out of spells, she started shooting and she's getting better at it .
I suggest you try at least a healer and a magically offensive character. I've realized also that is not how your party is conformed, but how you develop and specialize them what matters most.
Greetings
