Hi WillowIX. I just can't resist to tell you, that your sig - when you use netscape (an outdated version like I do)- seems to be a dolphin on extasy. It moves so fast, that you hardly even see that it's a dolphin. With MSIE I realized finally, that it's a very nice sig!

Well Attalus has ruined the use of Viconia quotes. It´s the "How hard? Well´ard"! No matter how many times I see it I still giggle! It´s hilarious.

Borvik, what version of Netscape? This I must see! LOL

Good Morning all, Hope you all had decent weekends, Colleen and I spent over $1,000 setting up her home for wireless networking and
turning her PC into a 2GHz P4 GeForce 4 Ti4200 rocker (out of a AMD Duron 750MHz with no video card).....my credit card is sitting in a corner gasping for breath. Had to buy, a Motherboard, a CPU, Memory, Video Card, Wireless Router/switch unit (Linksys) a USB wireless connector and miscelaneous software...what a bain in the backside this was. My original intent was to just ad a video card to her existing PC but the motherboard in it was so cheap that you couldn't disable the onboard video to use the AGP slot that was included on the board....and there were only 2 PCI slots....ahhh well I know, gripe gripe gripe. Good thing I expect about a grand from the IRS soon.

Glad you noticed. I am in TOB, again, and had the very lengthy lovetalk yesterday evening when she begins to realize that she is in love with the PC. I actually thought of changing it, but it's too long. My favorite: "With you it is different. I ache when you are endangered, I long to be with you, and it maddens me when you are not by my side."
And, btw, it is 67 degrees, right now, here.

I know what you´re talking about magiK. It´s not easy with old Mobos, you can pretty much forget about updating them. I had a very old mobo bothering me once and couldn´t disable its built in graphics accelerator, well calling that junk an accelerator is a crime, but anyway, I had to buy a new mobo, memory and graphics card. Talk about empty spaces in the wallet.

I like your idea, Ladyzekke. Any change to put up a mailing list for those who are interested to see the results?

LoL Thats exactly what happened to me, I checked the BIOS and it seemed like a simple install of the new Graphics card, and ended up being nearly a whole new machine. (Sheesh)
