If you could would you make new NPCs?

I mean trade out NPCs like I'd take out anoman and get Homer!His Cross bow 'd shoot stale doughnuts and his sword is made of crushed beer bottles

but really if ya' could what would YOU do??????

If i had the ability to do it right - and the talent to write decent dialogues etc (Theres no point in creating personalityless automatons - may as well play Diablo) id convert a couple of the Planescape NPCs. Maybe 'Grace or Annah - bound to upset a few people those two. Or Ignus - just for chaos' sake. Or morte for comedic effect.
