Just starting out with IWD/HoW.... and I *really* liked the TAB function in SoA/ToB. It was especially usefull in finding dead party members belongings when they died behind an obstruction. I guess IWD doesn't have it, or do I have to activate it?

If you have HoW, the Alt key highlights things you can press, open, pick up, etc. You should be able to activate it in the Configuration menu.
