First off thanks for all the help you guys have given me.
Secondly be warned I dont know how far you have to go for it to be a spoiler but I might give away some info you dont want to hear so watch out. Which area should I go for first I have tried Windspear and was doing ok with the exception of the golem room and the vampire room. After I save I mangaged to take out the golems but the vampires killed me with such eas im afraid to go back. I know theres tricks to them cause I read another thread but im still scared to try. Anyway I was wondering if Umar Hills was easier than Windspear say I could go there first maybe and gain some more ex before tackleing Windspear or if I should just tought it out in Windspear? |

You can't target anyone with it, it just radiates out from you. Like any spell, you have to wait a few seconds for it to cast.
As for the Windspear Hills or Umar, these were two of the last optional things I tried. Other people on this board may have done them earlier, so I don't know what a good early level to try it is. Overall, I thought Windspears hills quest was easier. |

I would say - try to complete UmarHills quest first. Windspear Hills is rather difficult location - especially those vampires (unless you have UndeadHunter in you group or somebody wearing Amulet of Power) and some others ...
In any case UmarHills location is much easier Good luck! ------------------ Tanda, with best regards from Guild of Assassins [This message has been edited by Tananda (edited 07-20-2001).] |

I completed Umar when my average party level was only 8-9.
I only tackled Windspear when it exceeded 12 ------------------ If not a Sorcerer, then a Paladin. |

Umar Hills are definitely easier because you just have to kill a few undead things and thats it.
