Right - another H.P. Lovecraft fan. I usually pop out of the woodwork once or twice a year, post a few times, and then revert to lurking. Old habits are hard to break.

That was a good game - Cloutier was outstanding. I'm still rooting for the Avalanche (of course), but I was happy to see Vancouver back to playing their regular game. They usually play a very entertaining game.

And what will you say if they lose this tuesday?

Some other thoughts about the Cup. The Stars pretty much proved that they are not equipped to win IMO.

The Leafs do not suck as much as I believed they did. They managed to win 2 against the Flyers. I thought we would loose 4-0. LOL.

And what the *insert bad word if you like* happened to the Red Wings?

As another Wings fan, I'm sad to see that the 2002-2003 hockey season is now over... the rest of you can clean up the last couple of details, but I now have evenings and weekends free until some time in September.

What happened? I wish I knew. Four games, four one-goal losses. No complaining. We got beat. Giguere played extremely well, and the saving throws all landed his way.

Let us hope they keep playing the way they are. One more game, it is do or die, and it isn't often teams win a series when being down 3 to 1.

I have my fingers crossed.
