I don't do pounds (llbs) but I can bench press 150kg max (155 including bar) (I weigh 60 kg)if anyone cares. It's almost like a hobby

I do occasionally max out, usually I just maintain my levels of strength though.

It's been a little over a year now. I quit when I started going to school. The record at that point was 320 lbs 1RM on the bench press. Barely! More impressive was 260 lbs 1RM military press. Shoulder(ouch!). I won't be trying that again without two spotters! 85 lbs 1RM dumbbell per arm on the preacher bench.

NOT ANYMORE! I've probably deteriorated to 75%. Schools almost over and I'll have time again. Another thing. Being strong is great, but unless you get slim too, nobody cares!

Anyway, i play competition there. If you're interested drop me your mail adress via PM or in any other way and i'll let you know when the next dates are for competition. You may be able to come and have a look. It wont be untill oktobre or novembre before the next season starts though.

I'm 6'0, 205lbs and I can do 3 sets of 10 lifting 275. I can get about 4-5 reps out at 315 which is 3 plates per side with an olympic bar.

What supplements are you guys taking? Right now I'm on Creatine, Glutamine, Carbs, Weight Gainer, Muscle Milk, and I'm finishing a stack of Andro. I know, I'm a walking pharmacy, but it's really hard for me to gain weight so this really helps.
