Just the way it is by The Rembrandts
Never been attracted to anyone because of accent or nationality though. To be honest though it takes a lot for me to get attracted to someone to begin with |

Wow!
I did not think that this thread would be as successful as this! I have enjoyed everyone's input on their favorite songs and the fact that the majority of us find foreign accents sexy. |

There are so many great love songs, it's hard to pick one out. My favorites are the Love Song by the Cure, and Always by Bon Jovi.
As far as accents go, the Aussie and English accents totally do it for me. I was in Savanah for business a few years ago, and I was at a hospitality suite after a convention. One of the bartenders had just flown in from England 2 weeks prior. I thought she was pretty cute, but then she started talking and her accent was intoxicating. Talk about a great night. I'm telling you, I can't help myself when I'm around a pretty girl with an accent.

You can feel love and romance in so many ways at so many different moments, that it is hard to pick one feeling, and apply one song. I think however one of the most romantic songs I ever heard was Lady in Red (I forget who sang it). It sounds like a man falling in love with his wife all over again - to me that even more romantic than the first heady moments of love.
And as for accents, yes I definitely like accents. Of course, not all of them are sexy! But an Irish accents melts me to puddles in my shoes. |

Larry, romantic moments to me are very easily had...but very hard to duplicate. "Its a fleeting moment". No two times for me has ever been the same. All I can add from here is when it all comes together, cherish that moment..it will never be the same
Music helps to produce this in great ways. One of my favorite songs would be "Angel" by Mohagany Rush. "You Angel you, you got me under your wing The way you talk and the way you walk makes me want to sing" [ 01-22-2002: Message edited by: *\Conan/* ]

hmmm, well, I guess I'd have to say
"From this moment on" duet version with Shania Twain and Brian White "I swear" by John Michael Montgomery "I love the way you love me" by JMM "Forever and ever, Amen" by Randy Travis "Don't wanna miss a thing" Aerosmith And I love an English accent, also like Australian, and Irish, turns my insides to jelly *quivers*

Girls/Women around the world seem to really like guys with irish accents.....a very popular accent from what I'm told
I find females from the America/Canada often like Brit guys accents....not all but the ones I know like it (Im from London) As for love songs....I must confess I don't know the vast majority of those listed but there were some very nice lyrics It's hard to choose any, as normally I hear a song and it reminds me of someone of of something that happened between me and someone... Generally I find I have a current song that I can't get out of my head as it sounds so good and is written with such feelings.. One I love right now and wish I had the flair/talent/skill to write such wonderful words and even better if I could think of such things to say to my girlfriend to show my feelings for her... alas I'm not that smart.... Your love is magical, that's how I feel But I have not the words here to explain Gone is the grace for expressions of passion But there are worlds and worlds of ways to explain To tell you how I feel But I am speechless, speechless That's how you make me feel Though I'm with you I am far away and nothing is for real When I'm with you I am lost for words, I don't know what to say My head's spinning like a carousel, so silently I pray Helpless and hopeless, that's how I feel inside Nothing's real, but all is possible if God is on my side When I'm with you I am in the light where I cannot be found It's as though I am standing in the place called Hallowed Ground Speechless, speechless, that's how you make me feel Though I'm with you I am far away and nothing is for real I'll go anywhere and do anything just to touch your face There's no mountain high I cannot climb I'm humbled in your grace Speechless, speechless, that's how you make me feel Though I'm with you I am far away and nothing is for real Speechless Your love is magical, that's how I feel But in your prescence I am lost for words Words like, "I love you". "Speechless by Michael Jackson"
