MagiK, the key fact is loads of people are willing to BUY bullshit if you package it properly. I thought you were an expert on bullshit. Yes, these people have to bring in money to stay around -- or be lucky enough to have money come in while they're at the helm.

IAmThumper raises 2 good points I'd not posted yet:
1. Minimum wage increase hits small businesses hardest.
2. Imposing a really high tax percentage (like 90%) on the ludicrous salary levels is a fine idea. Let us set the bar at 2 million shall we?

I just wanted to post that if there's any companies reading this looking for a CEO, I'm willing to top TL's idea and do the job for $1 million and stock options. Quite a bargin, any takers

Oh my I don't know wether I have been insulted or complimeted

But seriously, I will never underestimate the ability of your average person to completely buy a fantastic stinking load of BS

I think 20 million would be a better mark. But you see there is the rub...who gets to be the final arbiter of what is enough? and I am right there with Harley...anyone needing a CIO or CTO just drop me a PM, Im not too expensive but I am good

Well, to top the other offers, any CEO's will note I have all the goods to make a fine exec:
1. Nice suit
2. Soft velvety skin, and even manicured fingers (all 8 of them).
3. Drunken Dice Throwing capabilities
4. *points to feet on desk*
