After one week of polling, I have finally started a new game with the following party in mind.

Beast Master, aka Craven Rawhide
Cernd
Haer'Dalis
Jan Jansen
Nalia
Korgan

I must say... this party does not look weak at all. [img]smile.gif[/img] Still pondering whether I should chronicle it as a story, or just take random screenshots now and then.

Heck, Korgan, Nalia and Jan could clean the map with a snotrag all by themselves, even if you had 3 Zombies filling the other slots. And depending on the stats you gave your Beast Master, you've probably got a kickass archer-type in the party as well. Cernd and Haer are just frosting.

It was an interesting game and while the beginning was quite challenging towards the end they all became powerful enough to tackle anything.

Why is Haer'dalis so "frowned upon"?

I just started playing wth him in the party and so far he has been quiet productive... no sorry, destructive [img]smile.gif[/img]

The only negative I find about him is his voice and the "raven/sparrow" yapping, which is a bit annoying [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I made Craven already, but I am thinking of changing his statistics to fit the background story I have in mind for him. Unfortunately, WIS is set at a minimum of 14, so I am going with the "not-so-intelligent-but-has-great-insight-in-a-childlike-way".

His current Stats are,

STR: 18/~~
CON: 18
DEX: 16
INT: 10
WIS: 15
CHA: 10

I am thinking of changing it to...

STR: 18/~~
DEX: 12
CON: 18
INT: 08
WIS: 15
CHA: 15+

Hmmmm... the homepage of the BG2:Spells Reference website seems to be down. The subpages are still up, but navigation is a nightmare without the link page.

On a side note... does anybody know where I can find a mirror of the Detectable Spells website?!?! It has a comprehensive listing of the meanings of all the ScriptingState stats in the game, and I wish to reference it once more.

[/QUOTE]dont cut down on his dex. his AC is not gonna be great with no access to plate armor, and you compensate it very well with high dexterity. furthermore you would want to use ur bow a lot before you find a good staff to use. You simply cant afford having a low dex with a beast master
