Ask your Husband if He would mind spending a few minutes talking to you about the fact that you are very unhappy and you want his help.
Tell him that he can deside when you can talk.
when you do finaly talk be calm, slowly explain what your problems are and that you know he can't fix everything but may he has some Ideas and let him know that you need a day off from taking care of the kids and would he think about it and maybe work out a day once a week you could have to your self or that at least part of a few different days befor you go completely mad.

next do you know how to empty the Documents bin?

If not follow these simple instructions:
first click on START
next click settings
next click Taskbar & start Menu...
next click Start Menu Programs you will then see Documents Menu
click the box that says clear.

Do this and have your husband do this every time he finishes using the computer before he logs off or shuts it down or before he gets up and walks away from the computer.
This will clear off all content from the documents file so when your child clicks on Documents all he or she will see is the words "My Documents Empty". and as far as pop up blocker that only works to keep porno pop up out if you go into your internet options file in the control pannel and then open the content file and then open contents and set the program to PG access this will stop most Porno pop ups and your husband won't be able to open porno sites so make sure he knows what you did or that could cause even more problems.

some of those are good ideas, and others i have tried, i have asked him for 3 monthsnowto gic\veme a day tomyself, and he always says i am being selfish, but i do not feel that asking for a day once and a while is bad, because if i have it, maybe i could work out my emotions and learn to control them

I don't know what ISP you have, or blocker all I'm saying is this kinda thing does happen. The only thing that saved my rear-end was my wife was standing over my shoulder and watched the whole thing from opening the email to last prono window. The sites showed up in our histories, infact being the brain child that I am, 3 or 4 days later I was going through the histories to find a site I forgot to put on my favorites list and saw the prono sites. I started to get mad and wondered who the "Hale" had been going to the prono sites. Before I could yell at the kids and chew them a new rear-end. My wife informed me it was me the other night when I opened the email. Of course being the all powerful and knowing Alpha male I disagreed with her. Her response was to walk over click on the history, up popped the site, same one as from the email, and I was left with the pop up window dance once again. While My lovely bride sat back down in her chair and snickered at me for 5 minutes, mumbling something about the great and powerful OZ.

Now here's and intersting thread on my beloved IW.

I come from a day of mowing grass, trimming the bushes and trees, watering the yard, working in the garden, taking Karen out for Mother's Day, cleaning the floors, washing the dishes, folding half the laundry, painting part of a room, collecting leaves for the city to pick up, and taking a well-deserved long shower...and this is the first thread on IW that I read.

Stormy, as many have already implied...and I apologize for not reading every single post 100% thoroughly, because I am tired...we all have our own personal weaknesses. For some, it is porn, for some it is drug use, for some it is gambling...and we are all different. Instead of rebuking all men for one weakness that seems to be shared by alot of guys, try finding a way to help your beloved with his curse. Pay closer attention to the strengths he has and what he does right...and let him know you appreciate him for those strengths. Talk calmly about your hurt feelings over his particular weakness and offer to help him overcome it. If you want to classify him as a child, then do so as a mother that knows how to properly tutor her child in the right things of the world. Show support and always be there when needed. You can help in a loving way, or you can chastise with bitterness or hatred...and drive him away forever.

Choose.

Larry, not everyone considers viewing "nudie magazines and pics" as a weakness to be gotten over in the same category as drug abuse and compulsive gambling. I happen to agree with most of the others that this is a normal "man thing." IF the "porn" has become an obsession--that's different. I do agree, however, with those who have conseled a calm, reasonable, rational approach.

Stormy, first off, I believe atrology is a bunch of hooey. Second, y'all need to learn how to delete the history if your kids are using the computer and save "porn" downloads in password protected folders.

ROTFLMAO too.

Good solid advice there from our Crimson friend.
Now Stormy, you must have a great big club knocking about the house somewhere with which to carry out said advice.
